The following general rules apply to all bets placed on fv7:
A bet is only considered valid once a confirmation is received from the system. If a bet fails to process due to network issues, no funds will be deducted.
Odds may change before an event begins. Once a bet is successfully placed, the odds at that moment are considered final.
If an event is cancelled, all wagers placed on it will be refunded. If an event is rescheduled and not completed within our specified timeframe, the bet will also be considered void.
Fv7 sets a maximum payout cap per bet slip. Separate limits apply for high roller members. Any winnings exceeding the cap will be considered void.
All bonus offers at fv7 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms applicable to that particular bonus.
Every bonus carries a wagering or rollover requirement. For example, a ৳ 1,000 bonus with 10x wagering means you must place ৳ 10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
Fv7 reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected abuse. Bonus arbitrage and systematic misuse of promotions are strictly prohibited.
Warning: Placing bets on both sides of an event to exploit bonuses (hedging) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Fv7 reserves the right to close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of rule violations. Any legitimate balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances will not be returned.
If you wish to close your account, please contact fv7 Support. All active bets must be settled and your balance withdrawn before submitting a closure request.
